Originally from Colorado, Coulter moved to California during high school and attended Santa Barbara City College and College of the Redwoods, eventually making his way back to Colorado and graduating with Bachelor of Business Administration from Colorado State University. His first foray into real estate was working for a top-producing agent in the Lake Tahoe/Truckee area. With a background in small business and side work for various construction companies, he became a project manager for a roofing and remodeling company in Fort Collins, CO. This extensive construction experience enables Coulter to advise clients looking to take on projects, from cosmetic fixes to full-scale remodels. He rejoined the real estate industry as the Regional Marketing Manager for a prominent brokerage where he connected with Brett Jennings and began to pursue his career in sales. He’s a Certified Transaction Coordinator (CTC) & Contact Form Specialist, which qualifies him to handle all the paperwork and deadlines as well as helping his clients understands all the paperwork involved in a real estate transaction.
